Parent Survey

The My Voice™ Parent Survey provides parents and guardians an opportunity to share their perceptions of their child's experience of school. The survey acknowledges the importance of the role parents play in their child's education and provides educators with valuable information about parents' perceptions of the school's culture.

Overview

The My Voice Parent Survey is a 69-item instrument that takes about 15 minutes to complete. The survey uses a five-point scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree.

I feel welcome in my child’s school.
If my child has a problem, there is a teacher he/she can talk to.
My child is encouraged to practice good citizenship at school.
